Using this website
This site is here to tell you what we do and let you get in touch. You're welcome to use it for that. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send us anything unlawful.
Estimates and quotes
Anything shown on this site is general information, not a price. An estimate is only binding once we've looked at the property and put it in writing. Conditions we can't see from a photo — base failure, drainage, buried utilities, access — can change what a job takes, and we'll tell you before we proceed if that happens.
The work
Scheduling depends on weather. Asphalt needs dry conditions and appropriate temperatures to go down right, and we would rather move your date than lay a mat that won't last. Any specific care instructions or timelines for a completed job will be given to you directly, in writing, for that job.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, or you text us first, we may send you messages about scheduling, job status, estimates and invoices. This is business communication, not a marketing list.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get a single confirmation and nothing afterward. Reply START to resume, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your number or your consent with third parties.
Payment
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. If something on an invoice doesn't look right, call us before it comes due and we'll go through it with you.
Limits
We stand behind our workmanship. That said, this website is provided as-is, and we're not responsible for losses arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law, and nothing here replaces the written agreement for your specific job — if the two ever disagree, the written agreement for your job controls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.
