Asphalt Paving

Asphalt Paving

Fresh hot mix laid smooth and rolled tight — a surface that drains right and holds up for years.

Paving that lasts

We lay fresh hot mix and roll it tight for a smooth, even surface that sheds water and wears well — driveways, parking lots and roads, new or torn out and replaced.

For homes that means clean new driveways and private drives. For businesses it's parking lots, access roads, larger pads and new-construction surfaces, sized to take real traffic.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does asphalt last?

With a little upkeep — crack filling and sealcoating every few years — new asphalt holds up for 15 to 20 years.

When can I drive on new asphalt?

Give it 24 to 48 hours before driving on it, longer in hot weather. Keep sharp turns, jack stands and heavy loads off it for the first couple of weeks while it cures.

Do I need an overlay or a full install?

Depends on what's underneath. If the base is sound, a fresh overlay buys you years more. If it's failing, an overlay just hides the problem. We look first and tell you straight.

Do you pave residential and commercial?

Both. Single driveways and private drives, and full parking lots, access roads and new-construction pads.
