Who we are

What we collect
Only what you give us, and only what we need:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property, when you request an estimate or hire us.
- Job information — notes, measurements and photographs of the work area, so we can quote accurately and keep a record of the work performed.
- Basic website data — standard server and analytics information such as pages viewed and general location, used only to understand how the site is being used.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank logins or payment card numbers through this website.
How we use it
To prepare your estimate, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, and answer questions about a job we've done. We also keep records of completed work as required for our own business and tax purposes.
Text messages
We use text messaging for business operations — scheduling, job updates, invoices and internal notifications. You will only receive texts from us if you have given us your number and agreed to be contacted that way, or if you text us first.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to turn messages back on, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers or text-messaging consent with anyone, and mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business — for example our phone and messaging provider, our email provider, and our accountant — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep job and invoice records for as long as we need them for business, warranty and tax purposes. Estimate requests that don't turn into work are kept only as long as they're useful, then discarded.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just call or email using the details above and we'll take care of it. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is perfect, but we don't keep anything we don't need, and we limit who can see what we do keep.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
